The construction of the Works must be carried out taking into account our relevant Standard Drawings and Example Construction Specifications. The Consultant is responsible for ensuring the Contractor constructs the Works to meet our required outcomes. Our list of services begin with listening. We take the time to understand the background, the project and any challenges, before proposing a solution. We then assist with the obtaining of consents, risk analysis, scenario planning, financial management and methodology construction – and we\u2019re always checking back in with you to ensure the project is progressing exactly as required.<\/p>\n
